A charming 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. It is found snuggled in the countryside at the bottom of a small valley, with commanding views of the surrounding area and local church of St. Vran. The delightful property is ideally located for visiting Brittany's beauty spots.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Changeover day Saturdays. Discounts available for longer rental periods. Winter breaks: there will be an extra charge for fuel.

Change over day is Saturday but can be flexible.

| Kitchen: | The cottage has a well equipped kitchen comprising of, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle etc. |
| Utility Room: | The utility is in the basement including washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Large comfortable lounge which has French TV, Sky, DVD and video player. Two double sofas and a piano you are free to use. |
| Other: | There is a separate dining room seating up to 8 people leading from the well equipped kitchen. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included - extra linen can be arranged on request. The property is cleaned on changeover and guests are asked to depart by 11am - new guests are asked to arrive pm. |
Notes on accommodation
The cottage has a south facing garden for all to enjoy. A barbeque is available and dining in the garden is one of the great pleasures in this tranquil setting. Should the weather change then great fun can be had in the barn. At night time, if you are quiet you may see the resident barn owl. Occasionally he leaves messages on the car - sorry! Meals on wheels - we can offer a facility for homemade cooking to be brought to your door. Menus, prices and telephone number on request. A treat for all and highly recommended. Baby sitting service also available upon request.

Outside
There is a large garden suitable for many outdoor activities, with patio barbeque area, gazebo's and even a very useful large barn with garden furniture.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches along the Brittany Coast and Erqy and Val Andre are two of the closest being approx 45 mins away.
Golf
There are several golf courses along the coastline but Val Andre is one of the closest as well as being one of the best,
approx 45 mins by car.
Travel
We are situated closely to three airports:
Rennes, Dinnard, St Brieuc, all of which are approx 40 miles away, and roughly one hours drive.
The port of St Malo is approx 40 miles, and one hours drive.
Distances
St Vran our local village has a boulangerie, two bars and a restaurant. Our closest town is Merdrignac (4 miles) and has many facilities to offer, shops, restaurants, a supermarket, post office, banks etc. Also there is a swimming pool, and park area.
There are 3 medieval towns, close by for you to visit, Moncontour, Dinan and Jossalin, all under 28 miles away, approx 45 mins by car. Lamballe and st Brieuc are for your shopping trips as are many other little towns.

Market days.
Our local town of Merdrignac is on Wednesday mornings. Broons (25 mins approx) Wednesday mornings and the first Wednesday in the month is the big one. Lamballe Market is on Thursday mornings. A list of restaurants is in the brochure at the house. Merdrignac though our nearest town has four, two of them only open at lunch times, the other two open evenings as well.
