Large, beautiful, high ceiling apartment. Enormous living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Three proper bedrooms (not coins). Floor area: 100m2. Situated next to gondola providing rapid access to main Alpe D`Huez and Vaujany ski areas. It is possible to ski back to the apartment (red and blue runs). Local supermarket, boulangerie, charcuterie and ski hire shop within 50m of apartment. A number of bars and restaurants are within 2 minutes walk of the property. Ski school is 50m from the apartment. Night time skiing (once a week), skating (every night on ice rink - free with lift pass) and sledging available. The village creche is 150m from the apartment. Oz is situated in the largest national park in France. It provides an ideal winter base for skiing and boarding and a summer base for walking, mountain biking and climbing. Oz is located just over an hour from Grenoble; 2 hours from Lyon and 3 hours from Geneva.

Skiing
General: Oz is part of the Alpe D`Huez ski circuit which is possessed of about 220km of runs. It`s a sunny circuit - boasting 300 days of sunshine a year. The ski season runs from mid-December to April. Snow reliability is good.
Nature of skiing:
Beginners: nursery slope in Oz itself; further extensive green slopes at top of gondola (taken from outside apartment).
Intermediates: large number of red and blue runs easy access to Montfrais/Vaujany sector; ADH sector; Villard Reculas and Auris.
Expert: Sarenne (longest black run in Europe); the Tunnel; La Foret etc.
Off piste: extensive but guide required.
Other resorts: the full ski pass entitles you to a days skiing in Les Deux Alpes.
Accessibility: the apartment is adjacent to the main gondola. A second gondola is approx. 4-5 mins walk from the apartment. It is possible to ski back to the apartment.
Travel
Grenoble airport is just over one hour away. Lyon airport is two hours away. Geneva is three hours away.

50% of rental payable on booking (non-refundable). Balance due 28 days before departure. Refundable security deposit required.
