The stone house overlooks the property. Situated in the countryside, 4 mile drive from down-town and 10 mile drive from Saint-Endréol golf course, it is conveniently located less than one hour drive from Nice, Marseille or Toulon airports. The TGV train station is a 15 minutes drive. The Mediterranean is 35 minutes away by car. On the ground floor are the large dining-room and the extra-large 650 sq ft fully equipped kitchen. They both open on the south terrace and patio leading to the 50 foot salt water swimming-pool which is protected by an infrared electronic alarm system for children's safety. On the 1st floor are the living-room, a second kitchen and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bath or shower rooms (one bedroom is designed for disabled persons). On the 2nd floor are 7 large bedrooms with en-suite bath or shower rooms. The sports field includes a 'Pétanque' track, table tennis, soccer, basketball and badminton fields plus a golf practice. Sorry, we cannot accomodate weddings.

Accessibility
One bedroom with en-suite shower room and wc is dedicated to disabled persons. It is on 1st floor with access to the north terrace. Access to ground floor and the swimming pool is provided by a large and soft alley.
Outside
Sport field provides : table tennis, soccer field, basketball, badminton field, 'pétanque' track (lighted at night), and a 3 mats golf practice. The 50 feet salt water swimming-pool is protected by an infrared electronic alarm system for children's safety. It is surrounded by a thick lawn on 2 sides and a stone terrace with parasols. The patio leading to the large barbecue is lighted at night.
Coast/Beach
Sainte-Maxime beach "La Nartelle" is the closest, 35 minutes drive. Saint-Tropez beach "Pampelonne" is the largest and most fashionable, 40 mile drive.
Golf
20 golf courses are within a one hour drive. Saint-Endréol in La Motte is the closest (10 mile drive). Golf practice on the property.
Travel
Toulon Airport, 1 hour drive. Nice Airport, 1 hour drive. Marseille Airport, 1h20 drive. TGV (fast train) station "Les Arcs Draguignan", 15 minutes drive. The use of car is essential.
Further details
Down-town Draguignan is 4 miles away by car. Many restaurants, shops, banks, and supermarkets are located less than 5 miles away from the house. The Verdon Canyon is 1 hour drive.
Booking notes
Contract in French (summary in English) to be signed by both parties with a down payment of 1/3 of the rent. Deposit 1,500 euros. Balance on the arrival.
