Notes on accommodation
The master bedroom and bedroom 4 have air-conditioning and bedrooms 2 and 3 have ceiling fans. Two hairdryers available.
Bedroom 4 has a television with satellite connection and PlayStation 2 game system. The property is fully double glazed and for the winter there is a full central heating system. There is an open fireplace in the lounge area. This is a non smoking property. Pets are not permitted.
Outside
The property has 2.50 acres of land of which approximately half is fenced. The property is reached along a private driveway by two electric entry gates operated by remote control and has parking for several cars. Under the covered terrace is a large teak table with seating for 10 people. Sun beds and outside seating. There is a shaded courtyard to the side of the property with a large BBQ and summer kitchen. The large infinity swimming pool has its own terrace and is down gentle sloping steps from the villa. The pool is fitted with a sonar type alarm system. Pool heating available on request at extra cost. Extensive beautiful gardens surround the pool and the villa and are regularly maintained.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of St Maxime and the Golfe of St Tropez are about 10-15 minutes drive.
Golf
The golf courses at St Maxime and Beauvallon are within 15 minutes drive of the villa.
Travel
Nice airport and Toulon Hyeres airport are both about a 1 hour drive away.
Distances
The village of Plan de La Tour is 2km from the villa with St Maxime about 8km.
Further details
The pretty unspoilt village of Plan de la Tour has many superb restaurants along with small grocery stores, bar, bakeries, tourist office, post office, bank and pharmacy. The village has market day on a Thursday and other local markets include Le Muy, St Tropez and Cogolin.
The 'Arbre Adventure' and 'Aqualand' are 10 minutes away in St Maxime.

Prices are quoted per week. A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking and the balance together with a refundable security deposit of £750 is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
