A sandy cove is 1 mile away (by road) and there is a larger beach the other side of St Aygulf, approx 2 miles away.

The swimming pool is shared with 25 other properties, but never gets too crowded.

Not suitable for wheelchair users, as there are steps to the car parking.

Outdoor table and chairs and sun loungers. Plenty of outside space.
Coast/Beach
A sandy cove is 1 mile away (by road) and there is a larger beach the other side of St Aygulf, approx 2 miles away.
Golf
Roquebrune-sur-Argens has a golf course approx 5 miles away.
Travel
Nice airport is 40 miles (1 hour) away.
Distances
St Aygulf is 1.8 miles and has 2 small supermarkets and several restaurants to suit all tastes. Frejus is 4 miles further away and is an interesting Roman town. Many interesting walks in the hills inland (half-an-hour away by car) and details of these are in the property.
