1. Electricity is not included in rent prices from October to mid-May.
2. From June 1 to 30 September, a small city tax of 0.30 Euros per person over 13 years old and per day is due in addition to the the rent.

Normal changeover day is Saturday, but that's flexible depending on period of the year and whether there are or not other adjacent bookings.

| Living Rooms: | Large very charming veranda which is used as the main lounge. Smaller lounge with TV and convertible sofa that can sleep 2 occasional guests. Dining room with extendable table, sitting 10 comfortably. |
| Other: | The house is generally very charming, with typical breton furniture, beamed ceilings, old wooden staircase and floors, old cement tiles, etc... |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen not normally not included, but can be arranged on request for a fee. Cleaning can be arranged with cleaning lady according to renter's wish, at renter's cost. House must be returned in clean condition. |

The closest is Pen Ar Bed in Lanrivoare, 11 km away. 9 holes, 2600 meters, par 35.
The most reknown is Brest Iroise in Landerneau, around 50 km away. One 18 hole course, par 71, 5672 meters, and one 9 hole course, par 35, 3329 meters. The course architect is Michael Fenn.
Another close-by course is Plouarzel, 13 km away. It is a 18 hole 68 par course of 4779 meters.

Special interest holidays
The area is known for its "parochial enclosures"; 3 famous ones ( St-Thégonnec, Guimiliau, and Lampaul-Guimiliau) are all within 60km.
The island of Ouessant is right across 15 miles out. It is accessible for daytrips from the nearby ports of Le Conquet or Lanildut.
The coast line in the area is among the most spectacular there is..
Travel
The house is 30Km west of Brest. Brest has a TGV train station and an international airport, where cars can be hired.
The use of a car is highly recommended.
Roscoff is 100 km away, or one hour drive. It has ferries to and from Plymouth, England, and Cork, Ireland.
There are also ferries from England to St Malo, about 2.5 hours away.
