This apartment is located just minutes away from the beaches and at the start of the main shopping street in Cannes. It is a brand new building with an ideal location for anyone to come and enjoy all that Cannes and the South of France has to offer. Also this apartment has its own car parking spot so also ideal for anyone just driving through! The fact that it has it own private garden means that one can enjoy the long sunny evening in your own private area.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fitted with reverse air-conditioning so its ideal for the summer or winter. And if you are a couple with a young child if you specify before hand, I can provide high chair and cot.

Amenities/Facilities provided

 

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the ground floor so there are no steps to negotiate so it is ideal for people with semi restricted mobility.

Outside
The garden is private and will have a BBQ, dining furniture for four and also a couple of sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
This is perfect for the beach holiday as the closest beach is only 500 meters away. So with only a few minute walk you can be on the world famous Croisette enjoying the beaches, shops etc.

Golf
The apartment is located as said, in the center of Cannes and in the surrounding area there is a abundance of stunning golf courses so this is an ideal spot.

Skiing
During the winter months if you wish to mix a little Christmas shopping and skiing, well that would also work, as the closest ski fields are only about an hours drive away.

Travel
The closest airport is Nice and it is about 20 km away from the apartment. The nearest train station is Cannes and that is less then 1km away. As for hire car that is up to you, there is plenty to keep you interested in the area but then there is even more that can be seen if you have a car.

Distances
It is right in the center of town and within driving distance of Antibes, Monaco, Juan les Pins, St Tropez and many more.

Booking notes
I generally rent from Sat to Sat but am open to discussion. You are expected to leave by 11 on the day of departure. As for payment, I require a 25% deposit to secure the apartment and then it is up to you to either send it through to my bank at least 2 weeks before the date of arrival or to pay cash when you arrive. I also take a 500 euros cash deposit on day of arrival which will be returned to you in full on the day of departure. Also there is a 50 euro cleaning fee.

Guest comments
Anybody who has already stayed in this aparment has loved it and promise to come back again, in fact they keep in touch on a regular basis.
