Situated in a peaceful domain, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and beautiful communal pool and poolhouse, this sunfilled apartment is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday or discovering the delights of the Cote D'Azur and Provence. Just a few minutes walk will bring you to a local boulangerie/supermarket. The sea and its pebbly beach is a 10 minute walk away. A five minute drive or 25 minute stroll brings you to the mediaeval old town and international marina or hop on the local bus which stops right beside the apartment. Antibes offers tourists a host of activities including water sports, tennis, thalassotherapy, theme parks, shopping, museums, cinema and theatre. The town is well known as a place for super yachts and the town has many good restaurants and cafés. The old town is famous for the Picasso museum, a wonderful daily market and many craft shops and boutiques. For those who want it there is an exciting nightlife in the town or closeby in Juan Les Pins.

Coast/Beach
10 minutes walk to the coast with its many pebbly beaches. There are a number of sandy beaches round the town centre, a 5 minute drive away.
Golf
Excellent selection of golf courses nearby including Biot and Mougins.
Travel
Nice Airport is 25 mins drive away. There is a regular bus service from the airport to Cannes via Antibes stopping near the apartment. There is also excellent access by train including TGV and excellent local train services right along the coast and its many famous resorts. Alternatively Italy is 40 mins by motorway. Hiring a car will open up opportunities to really discover Provence or even hypermarket shopping.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 4 weeks before departure. Cancellation 4 weeks to 2 weeks before 50%. Cancellation 1 week before 100%.A €250 damage deposit will be payable with the balance and returned in the event of no damge to contents or property or loss of keys etc.
