Located on a romantic road you find our lovely villa set within 5000 sq.m. of wooded area, surrounded by olives and huge pine trees. The very centre of Draguignan is only 6 mins away. The terraces around the house offer panoramic views. The pool is heated and can thus be enjoyed from early April until October. The coastal beach towns Frejus/Saint Raphael, Saint Maxime and Saint Tropez are within reach. The villa is spacious (200 sq.m.) and suits small as well as large parties. The swimming pool can be closed off for children. The grounds are child-friendly, offering swings and a special ground for jeu-de-boule (petanque). Beautiful walks can be made within reach (Gorges de Chateaudouble, Esterel mountains, Gorges du Verdon). Golf players find fantastic golf courses at La Motte and near Frejus. Draguignan offers markets twice a week and many festivities during summer - for children nearby activities are horse riding, canoeing, swimming, sailing (Lac St. Croix), "aqualand" etc.
