B&B Guest Rooms (Sleeps up to 6)

The bed and breakfast guest rooms have been designed to the style of the house. The upper bedroom 1 with a big size bed with shower room next door. Bedroom 2 with two beds. On the lower storey there is other bedroom 3 with twin beds. Shower-room attached. The guest room has a large rectangular inner courtyard with table, chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella and barbecue.

Gite (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

The gite is large with good sized bedrooms, large dining and living-room. Kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge with freezer integrated, microwave and oven - and saucepans, frying-pans, dishes, plates and glasses. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Le gite has a large terrace and garden with table, chairs, umbrella. Access to a barbecue in the courtyard.

Notes on accommodation
Because of its design, our old house is cool in summer with the lounge and living rooms also equipped with air-conditioning. We provide all linen and towels. The gite can be used only for a simgle couple because all principal rooms are downstairs. The room on first storey can be used like a bedroom and play-room for children.

Outside
You can relax safely in the 31 hectares of our property, observe the wildlife and fish in our ponds if you would like to.

Golf
An 18-hole golf courses is easily accessible in Villedieu-sur-indre about 30 minutes.

Travel
Limoges airport is approx 90 mins. Poitiers 80 mins away by car. If flying, car hire is strongly recommended. The northern ports of France: Cherbourg, Caen, St. Malo are approx 5 hour drive with Calais and the Euro Tunnel also approx 5 hour drive.

Distances
At 45 minutes of road next to Chatellerault, you can visited the Futuroscope, a big futuristic complexe. At 1 hour on Nohant-Vic, you can visit a magnificient house where lived Georges Sand. Next to the home, for lover to nature, there are the Brenne Regional Nature Park. Different beautiful castle like Amboise, Chambord, Azay le Ferron, Azay le Rideau, Valançay. Our nearest village is Mézières en Brenne approx 1km away.
Plan Road
From Paris towards Limoges by A20:
Take the exit 13.1 Mezières in Brenne and go there. In Mezières in Brenne, take the direction of St michel en Brenne - Le Blanc. To leave of the panel of exit of the village, make a kilometre and turn to the left on the ownership of L'Hippodrome.

From Limoges towards Paris by A20:
Take the exit 17 Pont Chrétien, St Gaultier. Cross Pont Chrétien, St Gaultier. /Take the direction of Mézières en Brenne and go there. In the panel stop, faced with the garage Renault, to turn to the left. From the panel of exit from the village, make a kilometre and turn to the left on ownership of L'Hippodrome.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking (or shortly afterwards) with the full balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
