In the heart of the Brittany countryside, with many walking and cycling paths, this gite is ideally situated to get away from it all. As part of the ancient ecuries (stables) to the Chateau du Crevy, you will have all the luxury you need. Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, barbecue, private terrace, bread oven (now used for pizza parties). We have an animal park with rare breeds of goats, sheep and chickens, a picnic park with 2 ponds and a large lawn. WIFI access available. 10 minutes walk away is La Chapelle Caro with shop, restaurant, bar and bakery. The sea is 40km away, St. Malo 100km, Vannes 37km, Josselin 16km, Malestroit 8km.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday. However I am usually flexible depending on other bookings.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 double bed 160cm with gas fire in magnificent stone chimney. Bedroom 2/3 with 2 single beds 90cm and 1 double bed 140cm - an ideal room for children. A child's cot and baby bed are also available. All rooms retain the ancient chestnut beams. |
| Bathrooms: | 1st and 2nd floor both have shower room with toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. |

Accessibility
There is access available to another room which has been converted for disabled access - this is a separate gite for 2 persons available at 50€ per night.
Outside
Private garden to rear of gite. Parking to front and rear of gite. Large gardens all round property, including animal park, picnic area and lawns. We have a restored bread oven which serves for pizza parties when enough people are interested.
Coast/Beach
Golfe Du Morbihan 40km.
The gulf, which enjoys a micro - mediterranean climate, consists of 25 inhabited islands. It is protected from westerley winds from the Atlantic by the Quiberon Peninsular. At its head is the attractive town of Vannes and at its entrance to the east is Port Navalo, a very smart fishing village. Locqumariaquer is at the entrance to the west. The Gulf is a haven for yachtsmen and boaters with dozens of anchorages and the whole is simply beautiful.
Golf
There is a 9 hole golf course in Ploermel 8km away. Please contact owner for website address should you require further details.
Special interest holidays
There is canoe and kayak hire available at Le Roc St Andre 2km away. I have a collection of recumbent cycles which I will let out to enthusiastic riders. Horse riding is available in Lizio (10km) with accompanied promenade costing 18€ per hour.

As I live in the area, do please ask me for any recommendations. La Chapelle Caro has a bakery, small shop, restaurant (restaurant du terroir - menus starting at 17.30€) and hairdresser. Ploermel has the nearest supermarkets, banks, etc. and restaurant Le Roi Arthur (gastronomie régionale).
Booking notes
10% deposit payable at time of booking. Balance payable 1 month before holiday. The deposit will be lost if you cancel after your booking, and the balance will be lost if you cancel within the last month. 150 euros security deposit payable on arrival.
