Owner profile

About the owner
Pam and Geoff Lucas. We are both retired, enjoy meeting new people and ensuring everyone has a good holiday in our home in Esquibien.

Year purchased: 2003

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Having been here on holiday we fell in love with the area and have been here 6 years. The area here is beautiful and peaceful compared with the UK, rather like Cornwall was 40 years ago. Only 1 and 1/2 hours from the airport in Brest or 2 hours to the Ferry at Roscoff.

Unique benefits of the property
A lovely large house in a quiet location, within easy walking distance to the supermarkets. The beaches and coastal routes are a 15 minute walk away as is the pretty town of Audierne. The house is suitable for either 1 or 2 families to share.
