This spacious modern apartment is located on the first floor of a small block of flats on Boulevard Montfleury near the centre of Cannes. Surrounded by beautiful palm trees and mature yuccas. The flat is an oasis of calm and peace as it is set well back from the main road. It has been equipped and furnished recently, so everything is in perfect working order. There are two bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room, which can be divided by a curtain to provide privacy at night. Just 20 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals and 15 minutes to the famous beaches of the Croisette. This is a great base for either corporate clients or a family holiday in the sun.

Nice Airport is a 30 minutes drive from the apartment. You can either hire a car at the airport ot take a direct coach service between Nice airport and Cannes departing every half hour. There are also frequent trains from Nice station to Cannes. Pascale can make arrangements to collect you from the airport. Telephone her for more information and to advise your arrival time. She will await your arrival and will show you around the flat. She will be pleased to answer any questions your may have regarding the apartment or area. She will also come on your departure to check that the apartment is returned in good order and to collect the keys.
Booking notes
25% deposit will be asked at time of booking. 300 euros deposit for breakages payable on arrival by cheque or cash, and returned when checked at the end of holiday.
