The basement provides entertainment for all the family including darts, Playstation and a football table.

Changeover day
Changeover day is on a Saturday. Arrival 12am. Depart 10am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, duvets, pillows, hand and bath towels are provided although beach towels are not. The house is cleaned at the start of each let. There are facilities for washing towels and clothes. There is no maid service. |

There are large lawns, patio with a barbecue. Amply safe parking for cars. Private above ground pool 6,10 x 3,75m (not heated) with timber decking on four sides.
Coast/Beach
Lac de Guerledan is a 25 min drive away where you can enjoy various water sports, beaches, children’s playgrounds, restaurants, picturesque walks, the chance to use bikes on the cycle tracks and the opportunity to explore on horse back. The coast is approx 1 hour north or south where you can find some good beaches.
Golf
Approx 40 mins away is a 18 hole / par 72 at Pleneuf-val-Andre. There are other golf courses in the area. There is a mini golf at Gouarec approx 30 mins away.
Skiing
On Lac de Guerledan there is water skiing, jet bike skiing, canoe-kayaking, small boats for hire and fishing. The lake is approx 8 miles long with a floating restaurant that cruises around the lake whilst dining.
Travel
A car is essential, The port of St Malo is approx 93km and Roscoff is approx 121km. Dinard airport is approx 69km and Rennes airport is approx 88km.
Distances
5 minute drive is Loudeac forest with 45km of way marked trails and protected wildlife and flora, the 2,500 hectares of forest offers plenty of exploring and leisure activities all year round. You can explore the forest on foot bike or horse back. The medieval town of Josselin with beautiful chateau and a maze of cobbled alleyways is steeped in history. A pleasant walk along the banks of the Nantes/Brest canal leads to the lle de Beaufort, an idyllic spot for a picnic.

The nearest bar is in St Lubin 15 min walk, Plemet is a 5 min drive it has bars, restaurants, bakers, supermarkets, garage, hairdressers, electrical shop, playground facilities and a lake. There is a organic bakers in Le Vau Blanc which is a 5 min walk. Loudeac town is 10 min in the car you will find supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars and many more shops.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking with the full balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A separate cheque of £150 is required per booking as a breakage and damage refundable deposit 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. We recommend that you take out travel insurance with a cancellation clause.
