Les Seilles is a beautiful, spacious ski apartment in the centre of Chatel. It sleeps 4, but can easily accommodate up to 6. It is located 50m from the main Gondola, the Super Chatel, so you literally have 650km pisted skiing right on your doorstep. It is a one minute walk away from the charming Savoyard town centre, with its traditional and contemporary, bars and restaurants. The views are stunning - the entire end wall of the living room is a picture window, looking out on to the Mont de Grange National Park and the Val d'Abondance. There is gated parking, a private garage and equipment for families with children. A great place to stay for couples and families alike.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor, and has a vehicle drop off area immediately outside the entrance to the block. There are no adaptations to improve accessibility.

Large wrap around balcony with 2 tables, each seating 4, plus plenty of further space.
Coast/Beach
Spring fed Lake Geneva and it's many beaches are a 30 minute drive away. The beaches vary in character, some sandy, some man made with slides and flumes, but all have a beautiful mountain backdrop and Lake Geneva's crystal clear waters. There is a vast range of activity on the Lake, from fishing to windsurfing, to cruising in boats, as well as some superb locations to visit on its shores.
Golf
This is one of the best destinations for golfers in Europe, with over 20 excellent golf courses nearby in the Haute Savoie and around Lake Geneva. These include the prestigious Evian Masters Golf Club and the Crans-Sur Sierre golf clubs. Expect beautiful scenery and clear blue skies.
Skiing
The Portes Du Soleil is one of the largest interlinked ski areas in the world covering 14 resorts, 650km of piste, 208 lifts, superb snow parks and over 100 mountain restaurants. Amazing! See portesdusoleil.com for further details.
Special interest holidays
We run mountain biking holidays - contact us for further details. In terms of mountain biking in Chatel, there is stacks to do here. A well maintained bike park, with 12 DH and a Freeride course, the Mountain Style course (similar to Slopestyle but with more rocks), trials area, dirt area, some North Shore, jump pit, 4X etc plus stacks of lovely XC. The Super Chatel serves 2 DH courses, a 4X and also some lovely single track into Switzerland - Morgins, then one lift over to Champery (they are a short drive away). It's easy to get a couple of lifts over to Morzine / Les Gets. We have bike storage / space for maintenance, plus the Super Chatel gondola has a bike wash.
Travel
Chatel is easily accessible whether driving or flying. It is 85km from Geneva Airport; this takes about 80 minutes by car. You can pick up a hire car at the airport or arrange a transfer to Chatel.
Driving from the UK, it is an easy journey as it is in the Northern Alps and is AutoRoute for 95% of the route.
Distances
Montreux, Evian, Geneva and the picturesque medieval fort of Yvoirre are all within easy access.
Further details
All normal town centre amenities, including equipment hire, ski/boarding lessons and tourist info, are a 1 minute walk away. The local creche, taking children from 3 months - 6 years, is 5 minutes walk away.
