The chalet's unique charm is its location on the outskirts of this busy resort providing good access to resort facilities while at the same time enjoying beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the resort centre. Ideal for groups of friends and completely suited for families with children, the chalet benefits from three bedrooms. One large bedroom with double bed and balcony overlooking the Pleney slopes, two further twin bedrooms each with two single beds. The chalet will comfortably sleep six adults, however there is a sofa in the lounge which converts into a double bed providing accommodation for a further two, if required. Access to the bars and shops in the centre of Morzine is only a 10 minute walk. The free ski bus stop to take you to the foot of the Pleney slopes is located 200m from the chalet door. If you want to go to Avoriaz the bus stop is 300m away with a bus passing every 15 minutes.

| Bedrooms: | Les Berots has two twin bedrooms and a master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and balcony with panoramic views of both the Nyon and Pleney slopes. Each twin bedroom has two full-size single beds, wardrobe and bedside table with lamp. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom benefits from a bath with shower attachment, sink, wc and several storage cupboards. On the ground floor there is a large shower room with vanity unit and heated towel rail. There is a further small cloakroom with wc and sink. |
| Kitchen: | The compact but well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster and complete range of crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Under the stairs there is a washing machine and freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | Spectacular views of Pleney can be enjoyed from the double aspect lounge. One of the two large sofas can be converted into a double bed if required. The solid pine dining table will easily seat six people, and there is a 32" flat screen TV satellite, DVD. |
| Other: | The chalet also benefits from an integral garage and two off road parking spaces. |

The property comes complete with bedlinen and towels, cleaning is included but the property must be left in the same condition as at the time of occupation. |

Accessibility
As the property is arranged over five floors it is unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Doors in the lounge open out onto the private terrace which benefits from spectacular views across Pleney. There is a herbaceous border to the rear and tiered beds to the front of the terrace. For warmer days a picnic table with integral benches is provided, along with a stone BBQ.
Skiing
Access to the bars and shops in the centre of Morzine is only a 10 minute walk. The free ski bus stop to take you to the foot of the Pleney slopes is located 200m from the chalet door. If you want to go to Avoriaz the bus stop is 300m away with a bus passing every 15 minutes. The 2 mile journey to Prodains takes five minutes and after a seven minute gondola ride you alight in the centre of Avoriaz at 1850m. If you prefer to drive, the chalet also benefits from a large garage with a further two off road parking spaces.
