Only a few minutes drive to the local shops.

Closest pebble beach at Cagnes sur Mer 20 min drive. Closest sand beach at Antibes / Juan les Pins or Cannes, 25 min drive.

Nearest airport is Nice, 25 min drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Places to visit are Valbonne (10 min away) with its market on Fridays, the ancient village of St Paul de Vence (20 min away) with its art galleries and Biot, famous for its glass making. Cannes and Nice are great shopping places.
Further details
If you have children, a memorable day out would be to Marineland, the best Aqua Park in Europe. Their killer whale and dolphin shows are on a par with Sea World in Florida.
There is also a children's farm, funfair and crazy golf in the same complex which is 20 minutes away. For the ‘big kids' there is one of Europe’s best outdoor kart-racing tracks on the way to Gourdon.
For the dare-devils amongst you why not try out para-gliding from the near by base.
Booking notes
A 50% down payment on booking with the balance due one month before arrival. There will be a 200 euro deposit on arrival which will be reimbursed on your departure date after inspection of the villa.

We are an English/ Dutch couple with a 5 year old beautiful daughter . We also have the most docile and well behaved dog.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have lived in the South of France for over 15 years, and have always worked on the busy coast .Moving to Roquefort les Pins has been a decision we have not regretted. Our view is stunning, big garden in total calm, whilst still being close to the village, the coast or the airport.
