Our house is situated on the lake side of Annecy in a very peaceful place. The Villa boast magnificant views over the lake and mountains. A few minutes walk to the lake and the jetty (1 min). 7km from Annecy (10 mins), 40km from Genève (45 mins) and next to shop and village 3 mins away. Situated 45 mins away from the well known skiing station of La Clusaz and from 1 hour from Megeve. Also the famous golf courseof Talloire.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. + quality linen - bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen - £200. Should the property be left uncleaned a professional firm is called in and their charge is £190 incl tax.

Saturday
Arrival: 5pm.
Departure: 10am.
Luggage can be deposited at the house but occupation is at 5pm.

From the house to the jetty 3 mins on foot. From the house to the town beach 200m, 5 mins on foot. There are a lot of other beaches and harbours all around the lake.
Golf
3 golf courses: Talloires (5 mins), Giez (15 mins) and Aix les Bains. Golf courses are around the lake.
Skiing
Wonderful ski stations are only 35 mins drive away.
La Clusaz and The Grand Bornand: 35 mins by car (you have also buses from the village).
Courchevel, Meribel: 1 hour by car (or buses).
Ski accessories rented in the station.

Booking notes
Weekly Summer tarrif (from June to September): £2760 + £200 (linen). Reservation Deposit: £1000. Non-refundable deposit if the reservation is cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Any damages within the property will be charged at departure Minmum rental: 1 week. The villa can also be rented a 2 seperate units
