Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday, however, outside the high season flexible times could be arranged directly with us on request. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom is light and comfortable and contains twin beds. It has an abundance of hanging space and drawers for clothes and linen. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is equipped with a large vanity unit, walk in power shower and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The pine galley style kitchen contains an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and toaster. It is also equipped with a good supply of cutlery and crockery. Washing and ironing facilities are also available. |
| Living Rooms: | The sitting room/dining room is approximately 19 x 17 feet. It is light and airy with French windows leading to a private terrace with views over the extensive grounds. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen is provided except for pool towels. All linen is changed weekly. |

Whilst heaters are available during colder weather, an additional charge of £10 per week will be made.

Accessibility
The property is on one level and could accommodate someone with mobility problems although the shower room could not accommodate a wheelchair.
Outside
The private terrace is well equipped with sunbeds, parasol, table and chairs. We have a barbecue area adjacent to the large (12m x 7m) private swimming pool. The property is situated in 2.5 acres of secluded mature garden.
Golf
There is a golf course within a half hour drive from the property. It is a nine hole course with practice range, putting green and very nice club house.
Special interest holidays
Hand-made paper making courses are available to our guests.
Travel
Toulouse airport 40 minutes.
The hire or use of a car is essential.
The property is approximately 600 miles from St. Malo.
Distances
The nearest village is Montricoux. Caussade is the nearest large town and boasts a wonderful produce market every Monday.
Further details
We have an abundance of restaurants and small villages within a radius of 10km. Caussade, which is a 10 minute drive from the house, has a supermarket and banks. It also has a very good produce market every Monday morning. The virtually traffic free roads are wonderful for those who like cycling. There are many wonderful walks locally off the beaten track where you will discover an abundance of wildlife and flora.

A 10% deposit is required on booking and the balance of the rental charge must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
