Loft l’Enclave is a 70m2 modern loft apartment finished to an extremely high standard situated less than 200m from the lifts in the resort of Les Contamines Montijoie. An underground private garage and a secure ski locker are accessible via the basement. Barrier Height 2.1m. There is a full guide to the Mont Joly Valley and instruction manuals for all electrical goods at the apartment.

Changeover day
Changeover day – generally we run Saturday to Saturday. Outside peak times we try to provide as much flexibility as we can.

Skiing
The apartment is in the ‘Les Hameaux du Lay’ area of Les Contamines less than 5 mins walk to the Télécabine de Monjoie (by the number 1 on the resort village map). Les Hameaux is a small hamlet with its own ski shops, grocery shops and bars. However, the main village is only a leisurely 10 min walk away along the river valley where there are more ski/snowboard, grocery and gift shops, bars, cafes and restaurants serving traditional mountain or ‘a la Carte’ cuisine. The Navette Bus stops right outside the apartment.

Travel
Nearest airport Geneva less than 1 hour away. Nearest station Le Fayet/St Gervais15 mins. Nearest motorway Junction Le Autoroute Blanche Passy/Le Fayet 5 mins. Nearest port Calais approximately 8 hours by car. If you fancy staying over night on your way down we have always found chateaudeflammerans very welcoming.
Distances
St Gervias 5 mins by car. Megeve 15 mins by car (or accessible be Skiing from St Gervais). Chamonix 20mins by car.
Booking notes
Please email or telephone us to book. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking and the balance must be paid 8 weeks before the rental period. There is an additional deposit of £175 (250 euros) to be paid on arrival to cover any breakages or damage. This will be returned to you once the apartment has been checked.
