An attractive two-bedroomed apartment in a well-maintained building to accommodate 2 to 6 people. This town apartment is situated just 1 block (about 100 metres) from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches, and just 50 metres from the famous Hotel Negresco and the Palais Masséna. La Cité de la Buffa, the biggest covered market in the centre of Nice is only 30 metres away. It has over 40 stalls selling top quality fresh produce and a wide range of local specialities. All the attractions of Nice are within walking distance, with convenient bus routes running past the end of the street – a car is definitely not needed. You enter the building into a spacious lobby and take the lift to the fourth floor. The apartment is spacious and bright with high ceilings. The lounge, kitchen and main bedroom still have the original wooden parquet floors which have been restored.

Every day of the year there are many flights from England (Easyjet, BA etc) and most parts of the world, direct to Nice. By bus, taxi, hire car or private car, the apartment is only 8 minutes from Nice airport.

Visit the Sardinian neighbourhoods around the port, the Victorian avenues of Cimiez, the breath-taking panorama at the top of Mont Boron and the narrow, picturesque streets of the Old Town. Stroll around the deluxe boutiques in the town's pedestrian areas and the world famous Promenade des Anglais, see the Negresco (Wedding Cake) Hotel and the Russian Church and other wonderful architectural sites and attractions, from the colourful Flower Market to the Chateau Hill and the Antiques Quarter.

Nice is a highly cultural, vibrant and fascinating city, and is 2nd only to Paris in the whole of France for the number and variety of its museums and galleries. It has a wonderful Opera House, similar to La Scala, several concert halls and countless attractions to suit every taste and interest that would take months and months to fully explore.

2 miles away, you have the old town and beautiful bay of Villefranche sur Mer and the spectacular peninsular of Cap Ferrat. Along with Nice, these are without doubt our 3 favourite places on the whole of the French Riviera (and in the world) and they are all next to each other! The views in all directions, from the ancient forts at Mont Boron and Mont Alban of Nice, Villefranche and Cap Ferrat are absolutely unforgettable.
