This beautiful 4-bedroom villa is located on one of the hilltops above Cannes and Gofle Juan in the prestigious neighbourhood of Super Cannes. It is ideal for family vacations or a break with a group of friends and is the perfect holiday letting for up to eight people. Tranquility is the word to describe this villa located along a small residential road far from bypassing traffic and other disturbing noises with its own gate, landscaped garden, large terraces and private swimming pool. The house has two levels with a large lounge / dinner area and a kitchen located on the bottom floor whereas the four bedrooms are located on the second floor. All bedrooms have wooden bamboo floors and opens up to a large balcony with views of the Mediterranean and direct access to a covered terrace and the swimming pool area. Les Karias is set in a terraced Mediterranean garden of about 1,400 square metres with lavender, jasmine, and olive trees. There is a large terrace in front of the house overlooking a lawn with its olive and mandarin trees. Two paths, one on each side of the house, leads to the back of the house and its large grassed lawns and impressive eucalyptus, oak, and fig trees that surround the pool area. The pool is 10x4.5m set in a stone tiled terrace and with impressive walls built in local yellow stone.
Overlooking the pool area is the roofed terrace where ten people can easily be seated at a wooden teak table. Stairs are leading up from this area to the roof terrace where stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Alpes can be enjoyed.
Coast/Beach
Beaches of Golfe Juan are 5 min drive away while the beaches of Cannes are 10 - 12 min away.
Travel
Nice airport 15 - 20 min drive.
Distances
Vallauris 3 min drive away, Golfe Juan 5 min, centre of Cannes 10 min.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Was living in France permanently from 1997 - 2005 and we really love the area! We decided to buy a house before relocating to London as we wanted a place to go back to when the weather becomes unbearable in the UK. Our plan is to return within 3 - 5 years so our kids can grow up in what we see as the best place in Europe, if not the world.
The reason we bought this particular house is that it is charming, located in a very calm area in the prestigious Super Cannes with easy access to central Cannes and other surrounding villages such as Vallauris and Golfe Juan. It doesn't hurt that you can be on the beach in less than 10 minutes either!
