The mobile home is a large 35ft x 12ft 3 bedroom deluxe model with 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms. It is located in an excellent location close to beaches and shops but set in quite countryside. Domaine de Kerlann is a fantastic holiday park and there is never a dull moment. Apart from the indoor swimming pool with children's pool, gym equipment, waterslide and Jacuzzi, there is an outdoor pool open from May to September with a unique splash zone area. It has 3 children's clubs for 4/14 year olds. 2 restaurants, 2 bars and entertainment areas, indoor and outdoor. They often have local visiting markets on the terrace area by the pools. The mobile own is sited on very a good pitch well located near all the amenities. It has no trees surrounding so gets the sun all day - great for dining outside breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a short walk of about 800m to the swimming pool, club area, bars and restaurants plus the on site supermarket.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1, double bed, wardrobe, storage shelves and cupboards. The 2 twin bedrooms have 2ft 6in beds plus small wardrobes, shelves and storage areas. Duvets and pillow are provided but linen is not. |
| Bathrooms: | The shower room and toilet are separate from each other. The shower cubicle is a good size and can be used as a small bath for children. There is a washbasin too. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is a good size and well equipped. It is open plan to the dining area and lounge. It has a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink and drainer and plenty of cupboards and storage. All utensils, crokery and cleaning equipment. |
| Utility Room: | There is no utility room in the mobile home but there is a large lauderette on site with washing machines, driers and ironing equipment. Tokens can be purchased from reception. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is spacious and easily seats 6. It has a TV with DVD and radio/CD player. There is a gas fire for cooler evenings. It has a carpeted floor and is bright and airy with large windows. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Duvets and pillows are provided but you need to bring your own sheets and towels. They can be hired from reception for 11 euros per person. Cleaning can be arranged or you have the option to stay extra hours if you do it yourself! |
Notes on accommodation
The park is very safe and ideal for children. The mobile home is situated only a short walk from the swimming pools, kids clubs and entertainments. There is strict control over traffic and cars so it is ideal for cycling and roller skating.

Accessibility
Due to the terrace with steps it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The outside wooden decking area is great for al fresco dining and sun bathing. There is a large table seating 8 and 2 sun loungers. A BBQ and tools are provided. There is also a grassed area for the sunbathing or playing in.
Coast/Beach
The local beaches are beautiful and in plentiful supply, most within 10 mins drive of the park. There are safe, sandy beaches for swimming and sun bathing, rocky beaches for exploring and wonderful coastal walks along the headlands. The views are stunning.
There is a windsurfing and kayaking school at nearby Port Manech.
Travel
The nearest airport is Lorient which is about 30 mins drive from Pont Aven. The nearest port is Roscoff, about 1 hour drive. From Calais and Boulogne it is approx. a 7/8 hour drive. Why not combine it with an overnight stop in bed and breakfast en route in Normandy? We can recommend several and offer good rates.
Distances
The nearest small town of Nevez is only 5 mins drive. The town of Pont Aven is 7 mins drive and is fantastic! It is located next to the river and has beautiful buildings, shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also museums to visit as it is well know for artists such as Gaugain. It has the prettiest WC in France!
From the quayside you can take a boat trip out into the bay, giving you a wonderful view of the coastline and other local ports.
Further details
Pont Aven is always busy and is a mecca for artists and crafts people. There are a host of galleries and workshops selling anything from jewellery to abstract art. If you are an artist, the area is full of beautiful scenery to sketch and paint.
Booking notes
Reservations for dates can be held for 7 days. A confirmed booking requires a deposit of 25%, the balance is not due until 28 days before arrival. All rentals for July and August include sports passes for the swimming pools.
