Welcome to our character Normandy farmhouse. Set in the heart of the Normandy countryside, it is detached and sits in its own private grounds. We feel it provides an ideal getaway for families and friends. It is conveniently situated less than a 2 drive from both the ports of Calais and Bolougne and less than an hour's drive from the port of Dieppe. We love our French retreat and hope you will love relaxing here as much as we do.

Notes on prices
Prices are in UK Pounds and are based on a weeks stay. Please enquire for weekend breaks.
A cleaning fee of 50 euros is payable upon arrival.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible subject to availability. Arrival time is between 2 and 4pm but again may be flexible, departure time by 10am.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle and hand sink. Separate WC. |
| Kitchen: | Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room leads off the chimney room. It houses our gas central heating system, washing machine, hoover, ironing board and cleaning bits etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge/dining room. At one end we have our lounge/TV area with sofabed. English TV and DVD player and Hi Fi. At the other a large dining table which easily seats 8/10 people. |
| Other: | Lovely chimney room with seating and a lovely fireplace with wood burner insert. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are not included in price but can be provided upon request. Property will be clean upon arrival. A cleaning fee of 50 euros will be payable by you upon arrival at the property. |
Notes on accommodation
This French farmhouse is set in a rural location with your only neighbours being the wildlife and cows that poke their heads through the hedge from time to time. All accommodation is situated on the ground floor and is suitable for children.
Outside
Large garden with terraced area and BBQ. Table and seating for 8 people so that you can enjoy dining outside. Also a swing for the younger ones.
Coast/Beach
Coast of Dieppe about 55 mins. Le Touquet, Le tréport and Mers les bains are about 1 hour and 20 mins.
Golf
St Säens golf course is approx 45 min drive. Le Touquet golf course is approx 1 hour. Dieppe-Pourville golf course is approx 55 mins.
Travel
Nearest airports are Paris at approx 1 hour 50 miins drive away and Beauvais approx 1 hour drive. The ferry ports of Calais and Bolougne are less than a 2 drive and under an hours drive from the port of Dieppe.
Distances
Nearest towns/ villages with all amenities are Aumale at 6km, Gaillefontaine at 12km, Formerie at 13km and Forges-Les-Eaux at 20km.
Booking notes
£150 deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking and will be held as a damage deposit. Full payment is due not less than 8 weeks before your holiday begins.
