We will acknowledge availability and booking within 48 hours.
Booking will be confirmed after initial payment of 20%, balance due two months before arrival date. Bookings made under 2 months before arrival date, balance will be due in full at the time of booking. A deposit of 150 € for the 2 bedroom and 300 euros for the 3 bedroom will be asked for on arrival (cash or travellers check) and will be returned on the day of departure supposing that no damage was done during your stay.

About the owner
I live in the area since 1999 with my husband and 2 young sons. I lived in England for 4 years where I got familiar with the self catering way of holidaying. When we moved to the area I realised there was little option in this area and decided to invest in a holiday home to propose for people who rather have the comfort of a warm apartment or house rather that staying in a hotel. Being close at hand and familiar with the area allows us to be able to advice our guest on the best places to visit and answer any questions or concerns they might have and be present if need be.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
It is an ideal location for visiting both Disneyland Paris and Paris city. The village is charming and has everything at hand, supermarket, restaurants, bakery (you must try their cakes!). There is a regular bus service for those who don't want to drive with easy access to Disneyland (10 mins).
