Booking will be confirmed after initial payment of 20%, balance due two months before arrival date.
Bookings made under 2 months before arrival date, balance will be due in full at the time of booking.
A deposit of 150 € will be asked for on arrival (cash or travellers check) and will be returned on the day of departure supposing that no damage was done during your stay.
