These modern mobile homes are situated on Camping Bel Air by the town of Landudec. Set amongst woodland the pitches are spacious and only a short drive to the magnificent Brittany coast. There is a choice of either 2 or 3 bedroom mobile homes and all come with an exterior wooden decking, giving extra living space. The campsite benefits from great positioning, being close to Quimper and the bays of both Audierne and Douarnenez. However, the main feature on Camping Bel Air is Bel Air Land the on-site leisure park & the brand new swimming pool complex with both indoor & outdoor heated pools. This facility is set in 30 acres of park land and is designed to entertain both young and old alike. Entrance is FREE to all residents and there are no additional charges to pay for the use of the facilities. These include a giant boating/fishing lake, aqua splash water park, bouncy castles, swings, slides, zip wire and much much more.

Special Offers for 2012: Book any 2 weeks in April, May, June, September and the first 3 weeks of July and receive the 2nd week half price!
All prices stated are per week, per mobile home with up to 6 persons and 1 car. Price is inclusive of water, gas, electricity, local tourist taxes and free entrance to the on site leisure park. All facilities are free onsite. Sorry, no animals allowed. Ways to pay: bank transfer/cheques/cards via Paypal account (surcharge applicable).

Changeover day
Between the 7 April - 7 July & 28 August - 30 September we accept any day starts - min 3 nights. In the main school holidays our start dates are Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday for a 7 night stay. If you have another day in mind pls ask as we are flexible.

Accommodation

Ideal for family holidays, this modern home is well presented and designed with a central living area. There is both a double bedroom and a twin room all with full sized beds allowing 4 adults to sleep comfortably. Some models have bunk beds so please specify at the time of booking if you do not wish to have bunks.
In the lounge area there is an additional pull out double sprung sofa bed which can be used for larger parties. The kitchen area is fully equipped and comes with gas hob, mini oven, microwave and table top fridge or fridge/freezer (models vary). Also included are separate shower rooms and toilet areas.
Each home has a new wooden terrace area with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

This mobile home is well presented and designed with a central living area.
There are 2 twin bedrooms and a larger double bedroom all with full sized beds.
This unit is ideal for larger groups or families with older children.
The kitchen area is fully equipped and comes with gas hob, full sized electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Also included are a shower room and separate toilet area.
Each home has a new wooden terrace area with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

 

Notes on accommodation
All mobile homes are fully equipped and are furnished with duvets and pillows. Bed linen & towel hire is available on request and for families with babies we can supply a baby equipment pack on request. We are very sorry but we do not accept any animals in our homes. TVs are not supplied in any of our homes unless otherwise stated. Please ask at the time of booking.

Outside
Both our 2 and 3 bedroom mobile homes come with an exterior wooden decking, giving extra living space. Patio furniture including a dining table, chairs and bbq set are provided. On-site and near by to the homes is the new campsite swimming pool complex with both indoor and outdoor heated pools. Also to keep you entertained is an 18 hole mini golf and for the more energetic a full sized tennis court.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach at Pors Poulhan is a short drive from the campsite, however within 10 mins of Camping Bel Air you are spoilt for choice. Whether it is the long sandy beaches at Penhors, white sands of Audierne or the small rocky coves in the bay of Douarnenez you can visit a different beach every day of your holiday.

Golf de Cornouaille - La Foret Fouesnant 35km - 40 minutes away

Travel
The campsite is easily accessible from all the main channel ports and particularly close to Roscoff (76 miles) and St.Malo (155 miles). For those who wish to fly the nearest airports in Brittany are Brest and Lorient, both 1 hour’s drive and slightly further away is Nantes, Rennes and Dinard airports.

Distances
Camping Bel Air is just outside the village of Landudec (1km) where you will find some local shops and restaurants. The medieval centre of Quimper is 10 mins drive from the site and the fishing harbours of Audierne and Douarnenez are close by. Within 30 minutes of the site there are a number of local attractions - La Pointe du Raz (Frances' most westerly point), Locronan, Le Guilvinec, Benodet, Ile Tudy, Presque ile de Crozon, Parc Armorique, Concarneau and many many more.

Further details
The nearest supermarket & restaurant is just 1km from the campsite. Here you will find a cash point machine, chemists, hairdressing salon, beauty salon and opticians. Landudec has a Crêperie and an Auberge serving delicious pizzas! We can highly recommend them ourselves.

Booking notes
Making a booking is very simple and we are available to help with travel details etc. We require a deposit of £50 to secure the booking with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

Our love of this area prompted us to move to Brittany in 2004. We took the decision from the very beginning to immerse our family into the local community and our knowledge of the region has become invaluable to all our customers. We have a presence on site and are happy to share our experiences and are on hand throughout your stay should you require any assistance. We know the best beaches, best restaurants, local markets and all the wonderful tourist attractions close by. There is so much to explore in this region that even after 9 years we still occasionally find something new! As a young family we do still feel exceptionally lucky to be based here and each year our children look forward to moving back to Bel Air and meeting all their wonderful friends!
