More than 300 year old building consisting of 4 double bedrooms and one large room for up to 8. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, large terrace, built in the rockside of the adjacent hill and therefore always fresh during the warm summer. In the heart of the Lubéron Natural Parc, very quiet, old stones, space (11,5 ha of ground), wonderful nature, lots of culture, great gastronomie, many vineyards, sports (mountain bikes, horseback riding, etc). Beach at 1 hour distance.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is the Saturday (high season). During the low season we can be much more flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm). 1 master bedroom with double bed and convertible couch that sleeps two. 1 large bedroom with 8 single beds (90 x 190). 2 baby cribs. |
| Bathrooms: | 4 bathrooms with shower and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | 1 very large American fridge with automatic ice cube machine and freezer. Oversized electrical stove with induction, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, bread baking machine, mixer etc. |
| Living Rooms: | One large dining room with rounded ceilings, very large antique table (4.30m long), new high definition flatscreen TV (96cm) with about 40 channels, very large fireplace, many pretty examples and details of old Lubéron style living. |
| Other: | All rooms are clean and newly furnished with tasteful furniture. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We provide towels and bedlinen. We can provide cleaning services at an hourly rate of 15 euros/hour. Optional cleaning after occupation 105 euros. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is very well suited and fully equipped for children. It's fresh, it's well located near the small town of Apt with it's many supermarkets and other shopping possibilities. Close to the beautiful villages of Bonnieux, Lourmarin (market), Menerbes, Lacoste (Marquies de Sade) and it's many different and interesting musea (bakery museum, truffle and wine museum, etc). Many of the surrounding villages are listed on the prestigeous list of "most beautiful villages of France"! The cedre forest, many castles and palaces, the wonderful towns of Avignon, Aix en Provence and Marseille as well as the Mediterranean sea are close by! You'll never have the time to be bored.

Accessibility
Unfortunately the house is not well suited for wheelchair users.
Outside
The house is set within 11 hectares of woodlands right in the middle of the Grand Lubéron natural parc. If you go up the mountain you'll be able to walk for many many hours without meeting people. We have a small swimming pool that's filled with the water from our own well.
Coast/Beach
The beach is at about 1hour and 15 minutes driving. You can go to the Blue coast, west of Marseille or to Cassis, a little to the east. The distance is about 100km.
Golf
You'll find different golf courses close by.
Travel
The closest airport is Avignon but most incoming flights go to Marseille Marignan airport. Avignon is about 35 mins driving, Marseille is about 1 hour. Nimes about 1 hour 45 mins.

Booking notes
We ask for a 50% up front deposit to confirm a booking. The remainder to be paid 1 month before arrival. We also ask for a 500 euros rental guarantee to be paid by handover of the key and to be transferred back into your account within 10 days after the last day of rental - if no damage has been detected.
