Weekly or nightly. A welcome hamper containing essential items for when you first arrive awaits you and you can also try the fresh, organic eggs. Notes on prices
From 1st october until 30th April heating allowance paid locally 42 euros per week.
from January 2010 there is a local tourist tax 'taxe de sejour' 30 cents per person per night over 13 years of age, this is paid locally to the commune of Issy l' Eveque.

| Bedrooms: | Two double bedrooms with wooden floors, exposed beams and storage / hanging space. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with the 2nd set up as a twin but can be changed on request. There is also access to a private outside patio area from the 2nd bedroom. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has an extra large shower with toilet and modern fittings, wooden floor, exposed beams and large storage space. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen / living area is a large open plan area. It is fully equipped with a built in modern gas oven & hob, kettle, washine machine, coffee making machine, microwave, fridge freezer and a dining room table with chairs |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area is comfortably furnished with traditional furniture, satellite TV, DVD, and has a lovely wood burning stove. There is also an addition sofa bed in the dining area which will sleep an extra two people. |
| Other: | A crib, highchair and play pen are provided for infants. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen/towels provided, cleaned on changeover dates. Mid stay cleans additional cost and need to be pre arranged at time of booking. |

With 3 acres of land, there is plenty of garden to explore or why not sit on the patio and enjoy a glass of wine.

A wonderful weeks stay where the weather was unbelievably sunny and the nights peaceful and the sky dripping with stars. A super little find in the valleys of Burgundy – somewhere that can be enjoyed on cold days and hot days alike. Comfy beds, friendly and welcoming hosts and fantastic wine – what else do you need to recuperate?! Very well equipped for our 11 month old, Annabell."
