Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday. Arrival should not be before 4pm and departure no later than 10am.

| Bathrooms: | Lovely large bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Shower room with bidet and sink en suite to bedroom 2. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is large and features a cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a washing machine in a separate area. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofabed which sleeps 2. There is a TV for videos and DVDs only. |

All linen and towels are provided and the property is cleaned on changeover day. |

The property benefits from a lovely secluded courtyard with plenty of room for outside entertaining. There is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs. Assorted loungers and deckchairs and parasols provided. There is also a lawned area.
Coast/Beach
The lovely beaches of Bordeaux are approximately 1 1/2 hours drive.
Golf
There are several golf courses within one hour's drive.
Travel
The nearest airports are Bergerac - 15 minutes and Bordeaux - 1 hours 15 minutes.
Distances
There are many places of interest including St Emilion for wine tasting which is approximately 1 hour away. The lovely medieval towns of Domme and Sarlat are less than 2 hours drive.
Further details
There is an open air swimming pool in nearby Villamblard and it is open July and August. There are also several lovely restaurants in Bergerac and also the outlying villages around St Georges.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 returnable damage deposit will also be required with the balance.
