This second floor apartment sleeps 6 people in three areas. Situated 700m from the tourist office at the centre of Morzine and 500m from the nearest ski lifts. East and south facing balconies give views across the town and mountains beyond.

Changeover day
Saturday is our normal changeover day. Arrival is between 4 and 7pm and departure by 10am. By arrangement with our local British agent, it may be possible to vary these times.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has twin beds, pushed together so can be used as a double.
Downstairs is an alcove with bunk beds and a wardrobe.The lounge has a double sofa bed and built-in wardrobe - both areas can be curtained off. There is a travel cot, but no bedding.
Bathrooms: En-suite toilet and hand basin to bedroom 1. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the lower level.
Kitchen: The kitchen area includes an electric hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
Living Rooms: The dining area has a table and seating for 6 people. The lounge area has comfortable seating for 5 people (3 on the double sofa bed), TV, coffee table and doors to the 2 balconies.
Other: The small entrance hall provides an area to hang coats and leave outdoor footwear.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Fresh linen comprising bedding and towels are provided for each guest on arrival. The property is cleaned between lets. The cost of linen and cleaning is included in the hire price.

Notes on accommodation
Automatic underfloor heating can be supplemented if required by electric wall heaters situated around the apartment.

Accessibility
Please note this apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via stairs. There are also stairs leading to the upper bedroom within the property.

Outside
During the summer, guests can utilise the grassed areas around the apartment block. The open parking and lockable garage are situated adjacent to the building. There is seating and a table on one of the balconies.

Golf
There are 18 hole golf courses at Les Gets (10 mins), Evian (35 mins) and Chamonix (1 hour) with a 9 hole course at Avoriaz (20 mins).

Skiing
From the apartment, there is easy access to the whole Portes du Soleil ski region, one of the largest ski areas in the world. The region boasts an unbelievable 650km of groomed pistes linking 14 resorts in France and Switzerland, all available on one ski pass. The area offers unlimited skiing to both experts and beginners and can be accessed using the lifts from the town. The free ski buses pass close by the apartment and will take you to other lifts, or, if you have a car, four different resorts can be reached within 10 mins. There is a full range of winter resort activities including an indoor ice rink, which is also used for ice hockey matches.

Travel
Nearest arport Geneva, transfer time 1+ hour. Drive time from Calais 8 hours.

Distances
Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva, Montreux, Yvoire and Evian are all about an hour away.

Further details
The nearest supermarket is about 200m from the property. Morzine contains a wide range of restaurants and shops to suit all tastes and budgets, the closest being 200m distant.
