Hiding at the end of a long drive, Cuquels formal and informal gardens, set in 12 acres, draw the eye away from the main house up to the large (12m x 8m) heated swimming pool. In addition to the charming and comfortable vine shaded main terrace, the master suite has its own private terrace as does the pigeonnier. Both houses are comfortable in all weathers with air conditioning in all bedrooms, heating in the main house, a large fireplace in the drawing room, sitting room, and farmhouse kitchen built around the main terrace. Three further pretty bedrooms in the pigeonnier provide flexible accomodation that is as suited to one small family as to two large ones. The charming village of Montcuq (5km) is a delight for everday provisions, cafes and a market. The river Lot meanders through Cahors (23km) and hill top Lauzerte is 15km.
