(1100 sq.ft.), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, beautiful living room, very comfortable and bright, for 6 people, balcony, beautiful view on the valley and indoor parking. The apartment is very well located in the main and central part of the skiing resort of Meribel, named the heart of the Three Valleys.

Skiing
Very closed to the slopes, ski lifts and ski school. To start skiing, you just cross the street, coming back, you take a private bridge and get off the skis at the very door of the house. Back from skiing is ski in. There is a ski rental shop downstairs in the very building.
Travel
Train station in Moutiers at 15km. Airports in Geneva, Lyon and Chambery.
Booking notes
A letter within all details of the booking procedure (keys, arrival and departure time, codes etc) will be sent. There is a house keeper and somebody who does the cleaning. First payment of a third at reservation with deposit of 150 euros. Second and last payment at least 4 weeks before the stay of two thirds.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My wife an I are fond of mountain holidays both on winter and summer. We used to come quite often in Meribel with friends who were already owners in Meribel when we had the opportunity to buy our own apartment.
Unique benefits of the property
Our apartment is located in a very convenient position in the resort within a small building. It is closed to the slopes as well as the shops and nevertheless very quiet, especially at night. In the area, it is the only one residential chalet, surrounded only by top level hotels.
