Boussan and Aurignac nestle in the heart of the Haute Garonne, part of the Midi Pyrenees and are surrounded by further wonderful towns and villages. They are only 1.5 hours from the Mediterranean, 2 hours from the Atlantic, 1 hour from the striking Pyrenees and Spain, and centrally located for the historic cities of Carcasonne, Lourdes and Biarritz.

The house, fronted by a patio with wooden furniture and barbeque has landscaped gardens that lead to a delightful oval shaped 8m pool (shared with the owner) surrounded by a uniquely designed decking area with loungers. There are wonderful views of the majestic church and surrounding countryside.
Coast/Beach
Only 1.5 hours from the Mediterranean, 2 hours from the Atlantic, 1 hour from the striking Pyrenees and Spain, and centrally located for the historic cities of Carcasonne, Lourdes and Biarritz.
Skiing
Bordeneuve house is within an hours drive of the French Pyrenees with wonderful skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Luchon and Perigord catering for skiers of all abilities. Ski hire widely available at both resorts.
Travel
Toulouse and Pau airports are within about an hours drive. Driving from the UK is straighforward.
Distances
Only 4 kms away is the historic town of Aurignac with its 4 Boulangeries, butchers, mini supermarkets, green grocers, bars and restaurants. St. Gaudens the regional captial is 30 mins away offers large supermarkets and markets. Toulouse is less than an hours drive or short train ride away.
