The villa has a magnificent arcaded veranda which is accessed from the front as well as from the inside of the villa. There are French doors to the kitchen and living rooms. It has a gated entrance and a 5000 sq.m. garden and 10m x 5m swimming pool. The veranda is in full sun for the whole day. It also has several outside lights so you can sit in the evening and whilst enjoying your meal you can take in the magical views. All the bedrooms are en-suite and there is a games room/cinema room. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A 30% deposit is required and the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £300 'security deposit' is required against damage. This is payable 1 week prior to arrival and returnable within 1 week of departure subject to the house being left clean and undamaged.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday only. Arrival between 4pm - 6pm and checkout before 10am.

Accessibility
The property is suitable for those with mobility problems as everything is on one level.
Outside
There are 8 sunbeds and 2 sun chairs. A table and 8 chairs on the terrace and a gas barbecue. There is a 10 metre by 5 metre swimming pool which is in full sun all day.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are Valras Plage (50 mins), Cap d'Agde (1hr) and Serignan (45 mins).
Golf
We have 7 great courses within 1 hour. The local golf course at Lamalou is 15 minutes away, there are 9 holes but they are expanding it to 18. We have it on good authority from previous guests that the course, although only 9 holes, is better kept and more enjopyable to play than most UK courses. The other courses are at Juvingac Fontcaude, Cap d'Agde, Beziers, Montpellier Massane, Grande Motte and Coulondres.

We are in the middle of 5 airports. Montpelliers 1 hr 15 mins, Nimes 1hr 40 mins, Perpignan 1hr 35 mins, Carcassonne 1hr 25mins, Toulouse 2 hrs.
