'Mon Ti Case' is a cavernous open plan converted stone barn which has been tastefully restored to retain original features yet offer a modern living environment. Oak beams span the double height living and dining area, which includes a pool table, leading to a very large, fully equipped English style kitchen. Downstairs, there are tiled floors throughout and huge panoramic patio doors leading to the rear from the kitchen. The garden has been divided into a large lawned area and a meadow, which includes a small lake and a stream.

Flexible changeover day. Arrival after 3.00pm. Departure by 11.00am.

Notes on accommodation
Electric heaters in all rooms (extra calor gas heaters for cool evenings). All windows are double glazed and have electric shutters for security. In view of open plan layout and no stair gates, not suitable for very young children.
Accessibility
Not specifically designed for wheelchair access though the bathroom and bedroom 1 are on the ground floor. Phone for more details.
Outside
Front - Large gravelled parking area, great for evening boules competitions! Room for 6 plus cars.
Rear - Patio with table and chairs. Sunloungers, barbecue. Lawned, fenced off area. Large meadow, small lake (Etang) with perch! Separate small stream.
NB: Some noise can be heard from a road at the end of the garden.
Coast/Beach
Leisure lakes -. St Pardoux (approx 30 mins by car) has 3 sand beaches and numerous water sports available. Lac de la Vassiviere (approx 45 mins by car) has 4 beaches, bars, restaurants etc. Canoeing nearby on several rivers. Velorail, steam trains and giant maze within easy reach (all less than 1 hour).
Golf
2 golf courses within 45 minutes of the house.
Travel
Limoges airport is 30 mins by car (car hire available at airport). Chateauroux airport is one hour from the property. Poitiers airport is 1 hour 30 mins from the property. Calais is 425 miles from the property (400 miles on motorway). Calais to Bellac - Driving time is 6 hours plus stops. Train from Paris to Limoges is 2 hours. A car is required at the property.

Droux is the nearest village 2 miles. Bellac is the nearest town 4 miles away. The Historic city of Limoges is 30 miles away [famous for fine porcelain production].
Further details
Supermarkets only 4 miles away. Fishing available (our etang) river Gartempe approx 400 yards. Horse-riding available locally. The surrounding area is ideal for country walks or cycling.
Booking notes
Book via email. 20% non refundable deposit payable on booking confirmation. Balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday dates. A security/breakages cheque (£100) is payable with final balance. This will be returned 2 weeks after the end of the holiday.
