'Mon Ti Case' is a cavernous open plan converted stone barn which has been tastefully restored to retain original features yet offer a modern living environment. The ground floor, modern bathroom encompasses timbers from the original cattle troughs. Oak beams span the double height living and dining area. The living space has a pool table and large, comfortable sofas. Upstairs are two of the bedrooms, a WC and large mezzanine with day bed. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has double glazed french windows. The dining area leads to a very large, fully equipped English style kitchen, which has a glass wall of panoramic patio doors leading to the garden and patio. The garden has been divided into a lawned area, which is fenced and a large meadow, which includes a small lake and a stream. The etang (small lake) is full of Perch.

Notes on accommodation
Electric heaters in all rooms (extra calor gas heaters for cool evenings). All windows are double glazed and have electric shutters for security. All rooms except bedroom 3 have tiled floors.

Not specifically designed for wheelchair access although the bathroom and bedroom 1 are on the ground floor. Phone for more details.

Front - large gravelled parking area, great for evening boules competitions! Room for 6 plus cars. Rear - patio with table and chairs. Sunloungers, barbecue. Lawned, fenced off area. Large meadow, small lake (Etang) with perch. Small stream.

Coast/Beach
Leisure lakes - St Pardoux (approx 20 mins by car) has 3 sandy beaches and numerous water sports available. Lac de la Vassiviere (approx 45 mins by car) has 4 beaches, bars, restaurants etc. Canoeing nearby on several rivers. Velorail, Hot air balooning, adventure parks, karting, steam trains and giant maze within easy reach (all less than 1 hour).

2 golf courses within 45 minutes of the house.

Travel
Limoges airport is 30 mins by car (car hire available at airport). Chateauroux airport is one hour from the property. Poitiers airport is 1 hour from the property. Calais is 425 miles (400 miles on motorway). Calais to Bellac - Driving time is 6 hours plus stops. Train from Paris to Limoges is 2 hours. A car is required at the property.

Distances
Droux is the nearest village 2 miles. Bellac is the nearest town 4 miles away. The Historic city of Limoges is 30 miles away [famous for fine porcelain production].

Further details
Supermarkets only 4 miles away. Fishing available, river Gartempe approx 400 yards. Horse-riding available locally. The surrounding area is ideal for country walks or cycling.

Book via email. 20% non refundable deposit payable on booking confirmation. Balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday dates. A security/breakages cheque (£100) is payable with final balance. This will be returned 2 weeks after the end of the holiday.
