Beaulieu Sur Mer is situated on the coast (pop. 3000) is almost halfway between the city of Nice and the principality of Monaco. The Eyewitness travel guide describes Beaulieu Sur Mer as “hemmed in and protected by a rock face, this is one of the warmest resorts”. Beaulieu is a sleepy, yet bustling, village offering upscale amenities! Elegant “Traiters” offer elegantly prepared food to carry home or shop the daily outdoor fish and vegetable/fruit market for your own Provencal creations. Changeover day
Normally Saturday, but there is a degree of flexibility. Arrival after 16:00 hours is preferred. Departure before noon is preferred.

Notes on accommodation
The studio is best suited to adults and makes an ideal base for touring or just enjoying the nearby beach. The location is most suitable due to proximity to rail and bus station that provide a very regular service (i.e. every 10 mins) all along the coast from Monaco to Cannes. Rail, bus and beach less than 3 mins away! No need for car hire! The apartment block has the service of a full-time gardienne/concierage.

The studio is on the ground floor and the building is fully accessible.

The studio has a very pretty private garden.
Coast/Beach
70m to beach, in addition there is another beach in the town but it is of the same excellent quality as the one closest to the studio. Both beaches have rentable loungers and restaurants.
Special interest holidays
Ideal base for visiting many of the local historic building and gardens (Villa Kerylos and Rothchild Gardens), Grimaldi Palace in Monaco, casinos and the world famous Monaco yachting harbour. Why not consider a trip to the Grand Prix! Consider a trip to nearby Italy (30 mins by train).
Travel
Acces is by train or the nearby Cote D'Azur Airport in Nice (just 10km away). We can nearly always arrange pick-up for a small extra charge!

Nice 10km. Monaco 10km. Ventimille (Italy) 30km.
Marseilles is 2 hour's drive. Cap Ferrat 2km. Villefranche 3km.

Close to a supermarket and many speciality food shops and high quality restaurants, including world famous "La Reserve Restaurant".

Notes to the rental rates:
Payment confirms booking and is to be made in full a minimum of 1 month in advance. A refundable security deposit of 50% of 1 week’s rental is required on booking. The booking deposit will be returned within 1 week of departure providing apartment is in excellent condition.
