Changeover day
Changeover day is on a Saturday, vacating the house by 10am and not arriving before 4pm.

| Living Rooms: | Sitting room has 1 sofa and 4 chairs. There is a TV with satellite and a DVD player and a small music system. There are numerous games. There is an overhead fan. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Pillows and blankets are provided for all beds.Sheets and towels are provided but not swimming towels. The property is cleaned on each changeover but can be cleaned in the middle of a holiday on request for an extra charge. |

Outside
There is a terrace area to view the pool, the terrace has a table with 6 chairs. There is a barbecue. By the pool there is another table with 6 chairs. There are 6 sun loungers by the pool and 2 umbrellas. The pool is 8m x 4m and 1.5m deep, NOT FOR DIVING! The pool is not shared and is very private.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Valras Plage, is about 45 minutes by car, has wide sandy beaches and has swings and activities for children. There are very good restaurants in the area too. There is another good beach at Vendres Plage about 45 minutes by car which also has a small restaurant.
Golf
There is a very good golf course about 10 miles away at Lamalou Les Bains which also has a very good restaurant.
Special interest holidays
There are boating and water activities to be had at Lac Salagou about 20 miles away. Kayaking can be found in the Gorge betwenn Mons and Roquebrun about 30 mins away.
Travel
It is essential to have a car. Carcasonne Airport is about 2 hours away by car. Montpellier also about 2 hours away . Nimes is about 2 hours 30 mins away by car.
Distances
There is a small Ecomarche in La Tour Sur Orb which is about 10 mins by car, Bedarieux is about 20 mins. Boussagues is about 20 mins away by car and is a fortified town on the hill.
Further details
In La Tour Sur Orb there is a small Ecomarche that has all one might run out of! Bedarieux has bigger supermarkets, chemists, banks, post office and restaurants and a market on Mondays mornings.
Booking notes
Bookings are made with a £100 deposit for each week booked. This holds the booking and will be deducted from should there be any breakages. Small breakages are replaced at the time with like for like. The full cost of the holiday is made 8 weeks before departure. Keys are sent out 1 week before departure date. Deposit is refunded on return of the key and after a check has been made on the house.
