This accommodation is very spacious making it ideal for families.
Outside
The property has a good sized private garden with a private swimming pool 10m x 4m. Pool is fenced for safety. The farmhouse has an impressive covered outdoor area, perfect for BBQ and outdoor dining. A BBQ is supplied. Outdoor furniture is supplied which includes, dining table and chairs, sun loungers, sun shades and poolside tables. In addition, there is a secure garage which is ideal for the storage of cycles.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 30 minute drive very popular for sunbathing and swimming (Chatelaillon Plage, south of La Rochelle).
Golf
Golf course at La Rochelle.

Great location for cyclists, walkers and artists.
Travel
The nearest airport is at La Rochelle (25 minute drive). Use of a car is essential element of this holiday.
Distances
La Névoire is a small village situated between the villages of Courçon and St Hilaire-La-Pallud and around 20 minutes from the beautiful coastal town of La Rochelle. Both Courçon and St Hilaire-La-Pallud are a five minute drive and have supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks. St Hilaire-La-Pallud is on the edge of the Vendee.
