Changeover day
Saturdays are the normal changeover day. This is flexible during the low seasons when weekend and short stay rentals are also available.

Outside
Parking spaces for Les Lutins residents are available 100m from the apartment up towards the gondola.
Golf
Golf at Flaine 10 mins drive. Course open from May to September.
Skiing
The apartment is 300m from the gondola but you can put on your skis by the apartment, ski to a drag lift and from the top of the drag ski down directly to the gondola. This takes you up to 1700m and into the Grand Massif circuit. The circuit includes Flaine, Morillon, Samoens and Sixt. Many of the lifts are modern gondolas or rapid multi seated chairs.
Travel
Geneva airport is approximately one hour away from the resort. There are local taxi companies who will pick up from the airport or a weekly coach during the ski season.
Distances
Geneva and Annecy with their lovely lakes are less than an hour. Chamonix and the Portes de Soleil are less than three-quarters of an hour. Historic Samoens is 30 mins drive.
Further details
Les Carroz has a church, a cinema, tourist office, banks, doctors clinic, pharmacy, hairdressers, ski hire shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, post office, art gallery, craft shops, bakeries, local produce and charcuterie shops, clothing shops and newagents as well as a produce and clothing market every Tuesday. The apartment is 300m from the centre of the village and only 50m from the nearest restaurant - the Poirier which has lots of atmosphere and 100m from the bakery - you'll be back in the apartment with the baguette still warm!
Booking notes
Should you wish to book, please email in the first instance stating your dates and the number in your group. £200 deposit is required with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. No refunds, if booking is cancelled unless the property is relet. A refundable deposit of £200 against breakages, etc is also required. This should be in the form of a separate cheque which will be returned to you unless there are further charges for breakages etc.
