Our cottages are set in an ideal situation offering you a wide choice of activities. The Blavet valley is ideal for walking cycling and canoeing. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Brittany while meandering down the towpath. If you prefer the gorgeous sandy beaches of the south coast it is only 20 mins drive. There are many medieval market towns to explore and golf courses within 30 mins. The local town of Languidic is just 5 mins away with bakers, supermarkets and restaurants.

A 2 bedroom semi-detached farmhouse, sleeping 4. Situated in a hamlet, less than a km from the river Blavet with its many kilometres of towpath, ideal for walking and cycling. Set in a large garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ and swings. All rooms are on the ground floor. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher etc. Dining table. Cosy living room with UK satellite TV. Two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). Shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Large washroom with sink and washing machine. Garage. |

Notes on accommodation
A cot and highchair are available. Central heating is available for a small extra charge, payable locally in euros.
Linen and towels are not provided but bed linen can be hired at 12€ for doubles and 9€ for singles.
Accessibility
Ty Thomas has no stairs, with all accommodation on the ground floor.
Outside
Both cottages have a large garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ and swings.
Coast/Beach
You will find many lovely sandy beaches just 20 minutes drive away. Resorts such as Carnac, Quiberon, Concarneau, Larmor-Plage, Vannes are all 20 - 40 minutes drive.
Golf
Two 18-hole golf courses are within thirty minutes drive (level Quéven and Ploemeur Océan).
Travel
Nearest port: St Malo (2 hours) or Roscoff. Nearest airport: Brest or Nantes (2 hours).
A car is essential.
Distances
The autoroute is just 4 to 5 kilometres away from the cottages and gives easy access to popular beach resorts and many places of historic interest. These include Josselin's beautiful chateau and half timbered buildings, fortified medieval towns and picturesque fishing villages such as St-Goustan, Auray.
Further details
There are many local attractions within 10 - 20 minutes drive. For example, the famous Breton village 'Poul Fetan', and the pleasure boat which departs from St Nicolas des Eaux or Pont Augan. Bike and canoe/kayak hire are available locally. Two riding schools are just a short drive away.

25% deposit is required to make a booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before rental commences. £150 security deposit.
