The chalet is situated in a beautiful unspoilt village only 4 mins drive from the ski lift in Villaroger to access Paradiski (425km of pistes and 143 lifts). Away from the hustle and bustle of commercialised resorts we offer a true 'home from home' where guests return year on year. Originally a barn we have renovated it ourselves using the orginal beams and incorporated large picture windows on the top floor to make the most of the views. We pride ourselves on the warm and friendly atmosphere that has been created. All bedrooms are en-suite and there is an outdoor hot tub. We are totally surrounded by some of the world's best skiing, Paradiski being on our doorstep. Other resorts of Val D'Isere/Tignes, Ste Foy and La Rosiere only a short drive away. During the winter the chalet is fully catered, and prices are per person.

Notes on prices
Dec - April prices are for the property per person per week in UK Pounds or per person per night. The price includes bed, breakfast, afternoon tea with homemade cakes,a 4 course eveing meal with good bottled wine,and all drinks during your stay
20% discount for children 4 - 14 years, under 3's free, when sharing room with parents.
You can arrive and leave any day, it does not have to be Saturday to Saturday, (minimum stay 2 nights).
May - November prices for full chalet (self catering).
Changeover day
We are totally flexible on arrival dates. Arrive and leave any day of the week! During the summer arrivals are before 10am or after 4pm.

The chalet is 4 bedrooms sleeping max of 11 people. Bedroom 1: double bed with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2: twin beds with en-suite bathroom with bath and wc. 1st floor - large open plan kitchen/dining room and living area with log burning stove, wood floors and comfy chairs. There is a CD player and DVD player for your enjoyment. The patio doors lead onto a terrace with out-door hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture. Bedroom 4: 3 single beds with extensive views over the Beaufort mountains and the villages below. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 5: Twin beds and bunk beds (sleeps 4). Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms are spacious. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor. The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. During the summer the chalet is offered on a self catering basis (4 bedrooms sleeping 11), although meals can be provided at an extra cost. Please ask for further details.
Outside
The outdoor hot tub is situated on the terrace and is the perfect place to finish off the day with a glass of wine or a gin and tonic. There is a gas BBQ and table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Lake Annecy is only 1.5 hrs from the chalet.
Golf
The highest golf course in Europe can be found in Tignes, a 25 minute drive from the chalet. There is also a golf course at Arc 1800.
Skiing
We are totally surrounded by fabulous skiing. Paradiski ski area (les Arcs/La Plagne) with 425km of pistes and 143 lifts is only 4 mins drive away, with Val D'Isere/Tignes, Ste foy and La Rosiere a further 15/20 mins drive.
You will never get bored here and are able to ski different resorts during your stay with us, which is not possible if you book a package tour. Check out the weather and conditions and pick the right resort for the day!
Travel
Make use of cheap flights and fly into Chambery (1.5hrs away), Grenoble (2 hrs away), Lyon and Geneva (2.5hrs away). Hire a car from the airport. Drive from the UK and we are 10 hrs from Calais.
Distances
We are 10 mins drive from our local bar in Villaroger where we end after a days skiing. Le Monal bar and retaurant is only a 10 min drive away.The town of Bourg St Maurice is 15 min drive away.
Further details
Skis and boots can be delivered and collected directly to the chalet, meaning no queuing in shops and you can hit the slopes without delay.
During the summer there are endless activities to keep you busy. You can summer ski on the glacier in Tignes (July and Aug), white water rafting, mountain biking (lifts open in July and Aug), climbing, riding, walking,parapenting to name a few.
Great restaurants close at hand, some with their own swimming pool.
Olympic size swimming pool indoor and outdoor in Bourg St Maurice and a lake with play area only 20 mins drive away.
Lake Annecy is only a 1.5 hr drive away and a must if you are in the area.
Booking notes
We require a £100 pp deposit on any bookings. Bookings are not secure until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We are totally flexible about arrival dates, meaning you can make use of the midweek flights. Arrive and leave any day(minimum stay 2 nights). We specialise in short breaks and long weekends at affordable prices.
