As the name suggests, La Bastide du Murier, is in the old silk growing region of Provence hence the 100 year old mulberry tree next to the pool. Today the countryside surrounding the house provides wine and delicious olive oil. Cotignac 3km away offers delicious restaurants, markets with locally produced vegetables and delicacies not to mention the many fetes. You are only a short drive from airports Nice, Marseille, Toulon and the well known attractions of St Tropez, Nice and Aix en Provence.

Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day, we may be able to be flexible in low season. Arrival time is 4pm. Departure time is 9am.

Accessibility
The 3 downstairs bedrooms are suitable for those with mobility problems although not specially constructed for this purpose (one step into the bathrooms and standard door widths).
Outside
The garden perimeter provided by tall mature trees fenced and gated. Gravel driveway with ample parking leading to the 250m squared courtyard and pool. The tiled area has 8 sun loungers, occasional tables and chairs and a hidden seating area away from the pool. Ping pong and boules can also be played in the garden.
Coast/Beach
Well known and well kept secret beaches can be found within 1 hours drive. The beautiful vivid blue waters of the Lac St Croix is only 40 mins drive.
Golf
The nearest course can be found at Golf de Barbaroux - 20 mins. Golf de Nans Les Pins - 35 mins.
Special interest holidays
POA - a days outing with a Provencal picnic to vineyards and olive oil mills.

Booking notes
Bookings should be accompanied by a non-refundable 30% deposit of the rental fee. The balance and a returnable, breakage deposit of 1000 euros should be paid 8 weeks before arrival. The breakages deposit will be returned by post at the end of the rental.
