We offer a discount to anyone booking long term lets. Midweek and weekends at owners discretion. Discount available for booking Xmas and New Year.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, but can be changed by arrangement.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed plus bunk beds. There is also 1 sofa bed in living room. |

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped from making a sandwich to cooking a 3 course meal. |
| Living Rooms: | As well as the kitchen the lounge has a dining table great for playing cards or any of the other games provided, in front of the log burning fire. TV video player and DVD player are also provided with an assortment of films for a quiet night in. |

Notes on accommodation
The house and garden are great for family holidays. The gardens are enclosed and perfectly safe for small children to play. The shaded area is great for mum to hide away and relax with a book.

Coast/Beach
There is a man made beach 15 mins away, at the town of La Ferte Mace. The closest natural beach is Mont st Michelle 80km away.
There are a number of fishing lakes locally both private and municipal - canoeing is available on local river certain times of year.
Golf
Golf is 15 minutes, at Gorron.
Travel
The nearest ports are Caen 90 mins, Le Havre 2 hours, Cherbourg 3 hours. Dinnard airport 2 hours. A car is essential and if coming by plane can be hired from the airport.
Distances
Canoe & kayaks 5 minutes on local river.
Sports area in Passias.
Swimming complex 20 minutes at Fler.
Further details
There are local markets on almost everyday. December is for the children and the villages dressed up in lights in a magical way are not to be missed. Coach parties travel around the villages. It's not to be missed!

Bookings arranged through telephone or email. 25% non refundable deposit is required when confirming booking.
On arrival a 100 euro deposit will be required and refunded on departure.
