The pretty town of Honfleur is only 10 minutes drive/7km and Deauville beach is just 20 minutes drive/20km away! 30 minutes from Lisieux. 50 minutes from D-day beaches and 45 minutes from cliffs of Etretat, Bayeux and Rouen. Our property is in a charming village, with a grocer and 2 restaurants.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
10% discount on 2009 booking until November 2008.
There is an end of stay cleaning charge of 30 euros.
Winter: 40 euros for heating.
When a request for a booking is made, reply immediately to confirm. Linen (sheets+towels) available at extra cost 12 euros/person if required. If bringing own linen quilts and pillows are provided.
Changeover day
During Summer Saturdays, arriving from 16:00 onwards and departing the following Saturday morning at 10:00.
For the others periods it is more flexible, with a possibity of midweek or week-end!

Sleeps up to 4 First floor: 1 double bed and a single bed. Ground floor: A sofa bed, a table for 4 persons, a kitchenette and TV. Bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. Towels and bed linen are not included (15 euros per bed). The cottage will be cleaned ready for your arrival. There is an end of stay cleaning charge of 30 euros and 6 euros per day if heating is used. |

The baker comes every morning to our property except on wednesday's. Our property is in a charming village, with a grocer and 2 restaurants.
Booking notes
We ask for 30% of the booking fee to reserve your booking.
The balance is to pay per bank transfer 4 weeks before your arrival during summer, and for the other time at your arrival in cash, with a deposit.
