This stylish apartment will impress you for its elegance and refinement (fully furnished in simplicity, pictures, old wooden floor, original wood windows). Everything in this space has been carefully thought of. You can sit down to read in the comfy sofa or watch a bit of cable TV (intern. channels) on a large screen 27". 20 Mbytes of WIFI internet connection has been provided free of charge, so that you can always remain connected. The Hi-FI is 80 watts x 2 and has USB port to plug in your Ipod and listen to your mp3 tunes.

Changeover day
Arrival time is from 1pm onwards. Departure is at 11am at the latest. Cleaning takes place between 11am and 1pm, hence check-in/out times.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom has a double bed with quality linen. A study table and comfy office chair is provided too. Its large walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers will make your life easier to organise your clothes and find plenty of storage for your luggage. |
| Bathrooms: | The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower, toilet and basin with a warm radiator to heat your towel. Its white, stylish and pristine look is a credit to the apartment. Please view pics on my apartment personal website. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen is brand new, nice retro design, wooden surface and white wooden furniture. Fully equipped with mini oven/grill, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker and plenty of kitchen utensils (eg: cork screw) and lots of storage for food. |
| Utility Room: | You will find plenty of space to unpack your bags and put your things away, either in the walk-in dresser or in the entree's closet. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room includes a very comfortable white sofa, tea table, a dining fold-down table and wooden chairs and a library with a selection of books. You also have a DVD and large screen TV (27") and a selection of films in DVD format. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is always thoroughly clean before you arrive and every week unless you require this to be done more often at an additional charge. Clean bed linen and bathroom towels are also provided on arrival and change every week. |
Accessibility
The apartment is on a first floor but there is no lift in the building unfortunately.
Outside
The apartment overlooks a quiet coutyard (patio) only accessed by digicode access.

Travel
British Airways and EasyJet flies from London, Bristol to Charles de Gaulle Paris Airport, from where you can catch the fast train and be in Denfert Rocherereau station in 45 mins. From there walk to the apartment Thomsonfly does very cheap flights from Coventry to Orly airport, from where it takes 15 mins by taxi to get to the apartment. Flybe does flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle from Edinburgh, Belfast, Birmigham and other UK cities.
Apartment is 10 mins to Denfert Rochereau RER station.
Distances
Drive to beautiful Fontainbleau, the forest where French royalty used to spend their holidays and hunting days. Rent a bicycle in Fontainebleau and spend the day there on picnic. Or visit Monets house in Giverny, located 80kms from Paris. Contact me for ideas on how to spend a good day out.
Further details
This apartment is located in the traditionally French area of the 14th arrondissement of Paris. We can walk to Montparnasse in 10 mins and to Luxembourg Gardens in 20 mins. If you prefer bus, your trip is made in 5 mins to those spots. In the local area there are plenty of things to do and interesting places: rue Daguerre, the fish and fruit market pedestrian street, the Paris catacumbs, the lively cinemas/theatres area of Montparnasse and Gaite. There are plenty of local restaurants and food chain supermarkets as well as local street markets and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. Aso plenty of local restaurants in the vicinity.
Booking notes
Preferred payment method by Paypal (no need to open a Paypal account, it is enough with having a credit card). Otherwise bank transfer. I do not accept cheques. A 200 euros security deposit is due together with full payment before arrival by bank transfer or Paypal. This will return to you in full providing the property is left in the same state as you found it.
