| Entry to the large living room is by a fantastic stable door where there is an original Breton granite fireplace with a free standing log burner, a lovely modern suite in blue, All doors, stairs and cabinets are handcrafted in beech to compliment the quality kitchen which is also handcrafted by Artisans and finished in beech, a feature arched picture window just finishes the kitchen off, it is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Dining area with table and chairs. Open stairs to two en suite bedrooms, one double and one twin, all decorated to a modern theme, both en suites consists of showers, bidets, toilets and wash basins. | |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have electric wall heaters, and two marvelous log burners in both houses.
Suitable for children of all ages, a travel cot and high chair can be provided.

Although all toilets and bedrooms are upstairs, both houses have fold down settees, the terrace, courtyard and gardens are all flat.
Outside
Outside is a full length patio with garden furniture, picnic tables and parasols: then onto the gravel courtyard and then into the lawned gardens where there is a private above ground swimming pool. A stone barbecue is available in the ruin area.
Coast/Beach
Being central Brittany, fantastic beaches on 3 coast lines can be reached in the hour.
Lac de Guerdelan is 20 minutes away with all water sports, beaches, cruises and restaurants.
Travel
Dinard and Brest airports are 1.45 hrs drive whilst St Malo is 2hrs.
Car hire is essential.
Distances
Whilst set in a peaceful hamlet, the village of Langoelan is only 1km away, The enchanting Guemene Sur Scorff is 5 kms away whilst the historic towns of Pontivy and Rostrenen are a 20 minute drive.
Josselyn is 30 minutes away.

Guemene Sur Scorff offer all the amenities of a supermarkets, banks, doctors, dentists bars and restaurants.
