The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and a fully fitted, bright Italian kitchen. The area has one of the most beautiful coastlines in France, which extends over 25km. Choose from sandy or shingle beaches, tiny inlets or wide-open bays, or rocky cliffs. And with chic waterfront restaurants and coastal drives to places such as Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes and St Tropez, you can't go wrong.

Late deals are available and returning guests receive 10% discount.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. You may check in from 4pm and check-out is 10.00am. However, this can be more flexible dependant on other bookings.

| Living Rooms: | The apartment has beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a stylish dining area for 6 people. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided. We provide a welcome pack that includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water. Beer/wine is also in the fridge, ready for your arrival (please replace for the next guest). Maid service/cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. |
Outside
The apartment has 2 balconies, one overlooking the mountains and the other the pool. There is outdoor furniture for 6 people so that you can enjoy alfresco dining. The pool itself is for use by the guests of the Capmarine development only. he secure grounds also contain a children's play area.
Coast/Beach
The area has one of the most beautiful coastlines in France, which extends over 25km. Choose from sandy or shingle beaches, tiny inlets or wide-open bays, or rocky cliffs. And with chic waterfront restaurants and coastal drives to places such as Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes and St Tropez, you can't go wrong.
Skiing
In the winter, Cap Marine is perfect to use as a base for a skiing holiday, as the Alps are approx 1-1.5 hours drive away.
Travel
Nice airport is only 13km away. Car hire is strongly recommended in order to fully enjoy the area (nearest amenities are a 20 mins walk away).
Distances
Cannes is only 15 mins drive from the apartment. There are many historic towns, museums and sights nearby. Grasse is the perfume capital of France and Menton is often refered to as the most beautiful town in France. Even San Remo, on the Italian border, is within 2 hours away.
Further details
There is a shop for basic groceries and a cash point machine within 20 mins walk. There is a lovely Italian restaurant 15 mins walk away. For more variety, the restaurants, bars and shops of Antibes are only 15 mins away in the car.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before departure. A £100 damage deposit is also required (to be paid by cheque-and will not be cashed unless there are any damages).
