Les Oliviers (the Olive Trees) is set in quiet and peaceful surroundings in one acre of terraced grounds with views over an olive grove, hillside and valley. Yet only 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Seillans. Large private pool with terraces. Changeover day
Arrival on Saturday after 4 pm and departure on Saturday before 10 am. English speaking villa managers, living in village nearby.
| Bedrooms: | All bedrooms with twin beds. There is one bedroom downstairs. 2 bedrooms upstairs. 3 in total, but maximum occupancy is 4 people, including children. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom downstairs with bath, shower and WC. The upstairs bedrooms share a shower room with double basin. Separate WC's are on both levels. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, fridge, second fridge with freezer area in garage. Microwave with an oven function. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room with TV and DVD player. Large wooden table with seating for 6. |

Prices are inclusive of electricity, water, bed linen and end of stay cleaning. Free broadband Internet (please bring laptop). Towels/pool towels could be rented from our caretakers. |

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and roller mosquito screens for a good night's sleep.
Electric wall heaters in all rooms.
Cot and high chair available.
Outside
The pool, 10m x 5m, has an alarm system to meet the new safety requirements. South facing covered terrace, ideal for al fresco eating.
Lovely summer kitchen with stone barbecue for outside dining.
Sun loungers, parasols.
Coast/Beach
The well-known resorts of the Cote d'Azur, like Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice and Monaco are within reach from Les Oliviers. Distances vary from 40-80 km. A day or two at the beach is nice, having lunch in one of the many seaside restaurants.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the area, like the superb Terre Blanche course in Tourrettes and St. Andrιol in La Motte.
Travel
Nice internatianal airport is 65 km (1 hour). The nearest railway station St. Raphael 40 km (45 min.). A car is highly recommendable.
Distances
The village of Seillans is 1 km from the house. The neighbouring village of Fayence 5 km, with its lovely market three times a week. Cannes 35 km, Nice 75 km.
Further details
Seillans is a charming and unspoilt medieval village. There are 4 lovely restaurants where you can eat outside. Two bakers and a small supermarket, everything for your essential needs.

About the owner
Villa Les Oliviers is owned by us, Willie and Elizabeth from The Netherlands. 10 years ago we bought a plot of land and we spent 2 years planning and building this beautiful hillside home. We regularly are travelling to Seillans. It is a place where we can play golf, relax and enjoy the good life with family and friends. But, we are not retired yet, so we can't go all the time! So, while it lasts, we love to share the house with our guests.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have spent a couple of years house hunting in the area and fell in love with this beautiful spot.
It really is the best of both worlds: not too far from the coast, but situated very near a quiet village.
Unique benefits of the property
Very well positioned to explore Provence and Côte d’Azur. Quiet, but not isolated, walking distance to the medieval village of Seillans with several restaurants, shops and a little supermarket. Over the years the house proved to be very popular and we have many repeat guests who say they really feel at home in this cosy property and they all just adore the pool and the fantastic views!
