Fantastic and very spacious, fully restored and very well equipped and comfortable 18c farmhouse with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Walled and enclosed garden with heated swimming pool. Very child-friendly. Only 20 minutes from the Luberon and 20 minutes from Aix en Provence.

Other: Annexe to house (attached) with bedroom 7 with en-suite bathroom, with sitting room and kitchenette area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		100% white cotton linen, towels and pool towels. 10 hours cleaning per week. Linen changed weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
Very suitable for children as the garden is enclosed - plenty of space to run around. Shaded areas available. The pool is also enclosed.

Further details
Lambesc has a fantastic market on Friday mornings. It also has 2 supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, etc.
Aix en Provence has markets all week, the biggest and the best being on Saturday. The Luberon area is only 20 minutes away.

Booking notes
30% of booking taken as security deposit. The balance to be paid 45 days before start of booking. 1500 euros/1000 pounds taken as damages deposit upon arrival and returned at end of stay minus any deductions for breakages/phone, etc.
