Alpe d'Huez is the 5th largest ski area in France linking villages of Vaujany, Oz, Villard-Reculas, Auris-en-Oisans and 2 Alpes which are accessible with the same full lift pass.

There are a wide variety of high quality restaurants. A vast choice of lively bars with lots of live music. Excellent mountain access for non-skiers with many marked walks. 2 Cinemas, Shops, Museum, Classical music concerts at the Notre Dame des Neiges (church).
